Please understand that all items purchased through Brat’s Closet are true vintage and second hand pieces, therefore will be in vintage/used condition. All pieces are individually cleaned and thoroughly inspected for major flaws, and will be clearly outlined in the description/photo’s if there is any notable damage. If you feel there is a flaw in your item which has not clearly stated prior to purchase, please reach out to us via instagram DM or email annie@bratscloset.com with photos of the issue and we will assist you. Under these conditions you may be eligible for a refund/exchange. We do not do refund’s due to change of mind or if the item does not fit. Eligible refunds applicable within 7 days of delivery.
